1. SALES REPRESENTATIVE AND SUPERVISOR FOR SALES MEN AT HIMA CEMENT TGS (EKSPRESO HASILI BEVERAGE COMPANY) August 2018 – present
Responsibilities;
Market, present and demonstrate the products through guiding the buyers in buying the goods they want and convincing them that it’s worth the value.
Making sales through inducing costumers to buy, taking their orders and effecting sales through timely collection of dues. Attend to the complaints of the customers immediately and try to settle their grievances quickly and make follow up on whether their complaints were attended and conceded. Collect the outstanding bills relating to the beverages taken in Hima cement Tororo Grinding Station. Collect information about the credit-worthiness of the customers.
Make and send daily, weekly or monthly reports, regarding on the calls made, sales effected, services rendered, route schedule, expenses incurred, business conditions. Stock taking.
Plan for my tour programme through preparation of the route to be used and time schedules so as to systematize my sales efforts in the target areas. Attend the sales meetings.
Implementation of price changes through making price notifications in territories assigned to me. Arrange for the packing of the goods sold and the delivery of the packages to the buyers.
