I am a female Ugandan aged 28, and a graduate of Makerere University, having accomplished Bachelors of Commerce [B.Com] Degree majoring in Marketing, in addition to having Practicum and internship training.
Currently I am working as a Service Centre Advisor at the MTN Mbale Service Centre in which I handle face to face interactions. I answer Clients queries within quality parameter and in case of referral, by forwarding them to the department for timely solution. I have been providing swift and professional administrative support to both staff and clients among others.
With the above training and skills attained in Office administration and Customer Care Management of three years exposure till date at MTN customer service, I find myself suitable for the opportunity to serve your organization in the position of Customer Experience Manager.
