Purpose of the Position:
- To ensure that Commercial outlets complies with business practice i.e. conversions thus, growing revenue
|

| Account Conversions & Legalization |
- Legalization of all Commercial outlets
- Coordinate with appropriate units to ensure timely development and implementation of corrective action plans in response to monitoring deficiencies and complaints.
- Engage in data mining activities for the identification of commercial outlets (pubs, clubs and hotels) within regions e.g.
- Regional resellers
- Installers
- Regional Offices
- Investigators

| Service Agreements Enforcement |
- Ensure adherence to SLA with corporate and commercial clients
- Identify and communicate discrepancies in Commercial Agreements
- Periodic survey of commercial outlets to determine content utilization
- Conduct compliance monitoring activities in coordination with other compliance and operational assessment functions for the Anti-Piracy unit.
- Ensure compliance with business practices and consistent application of sanctions for failure to comply as applicable.
- Institute and maintain an effective compliance communication program for commercial outlets

| Relationship Management |
- Participate in the development, implementation, and ongoing compliance monitoring of all trading partners, to ensure all privacy concerns, requirements, and responsibilities are addressed.
- Manage relationship with the collective sales team to ensure identification of collective sales opportunities based on business targets

| Reporting |
- Ensures proper reporting of violations or potential violations by commercial outlets to the Anti-Piracy Manager
- Ensure weekly feedback on conversion of accounts
|
Qualifications Essential:
- National Diploma / Bachelor’s degree
- Computer literate and willingness to learn new skills
|
Experience
- Experience in Sales will be required
- Thorough knowledge of counter-piracy practices is essential.
- Keen interest in security aspects is a pre-requisite
