JOB  CONTENT                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             
Provide timely and accurate response to all customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  1. Effective handling of customer complaints.
  2. Generation and presentation of timely and accurate reports..
  3. Ability to muti-task .
  4. Acquire and make better use of customer feedback in terms of customer complaints and compliments.
  5. Managing relationships with the company’s key clients
  6. Sensitize customers about the company products and providing them with proper products information.
  7. Explain the company’s product pricing strategy to the customers.
  1. Customer Care Service.
  2. Creativity and innovation.
  3. Generation of Reports.
  4. Proper management of clients.
  5. Adherence to information safety standards.
Educational & Experience
·         A degree in Marketing or in a Business Related Course.

·         A Second Year or Third Year University Student.

  • Computer Literacy (Windows, Ms Office).

·         Excellent communication skills.(Written, Verbal and Listening Skills)

·         Customer Care Skills

·         Good  Analytical Skills

·         Good presentation and Interpersonal skills.

·          Able to diagnose, analyze and solve problems.
